Lady showing first signs of malnutrition due to cancer
I have used bulimia and anorexia as key words, and the patient is happy for the picture to be used to illustrate any associated symptom, but the cause of this is a high grade soft tissue sarcoma of the left thigh, it was not diagnosed for over 5 months and the start of treatment took a little while longer. Food would not stay down, despite the patient wanting it to! This is the net result. When the sarcoma was removed it weighed 4kgs This was about March 2007, when chemotherapy started due to a high grade soft tissue sarcoma on thigh
