The sheep are the fat-tailed variety ofCentral Africa; the goats appear to be thesame as the little scrub variety frequentlyfound as pets in Europe and America. Theyare very lively and up to all sorts of mis-chief, sometimes climbing on top of thehouses and breaking through the roof, orbutting holes in the wall. The little children have high times withthese animals, which are very playful. Thedonkeys
