KOMOBANGAU, TILLABERI PROVINCE, NIGER, 15th May 2012: A child is treated at the local health centre's weekly clinic for children suffering from severe malnutition. The clinic's doctor, Abdul Karin Issaka, says that malnutition rates have been rising since January as people feel the effects of the food crisis.
