(Oct. 02, 2017) Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Jennifer Rand administers the annual adult influenza vaccine to Sailors in the medical ward aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7). Iwo Jima returned to homeport after recently completing initial humanitarian relief efforts following Hurricane Irma’s landfall in Key West, Florida.
