Water survival instructors, Instructional Training Company, Recruit Training Regiment, supervise recruits during the Water Survival Basic Qualification at Marine Corps Recruit Depot San Diego, March 27. Instructors give in-depth classes and demonstrations to recruits to ensure their success during the swim qualification events. Annually, more than 17,000 males recruited from the Western Recruiting Region are trained at MCRD San Diego. India Company is scheduled to graduate May 25.
