BANGOR, Wash. (Oct. 8, 2016) – Guests at the 2016 Navy Ball, held in the Bangor Ball Room, Naval Base Kitsap (NBK) – Bangor, direct their attention to special guest Paul Christofferson, World War II veteran. The Navy Ball is an annual event, which celebrates the heritage, history and the day Congress created the Navy, Oct. 13, 1775. The Navy has a 241-year heritage of defending freedom and projecting and protecting interests around the globe.
