A Low-Cost, Low-Altitude bundle aboard Santa 48, a Japan Air Self-Defense Force (Koku Jietai) C-130 Hercules out of Komaki Air Base, Japan, carries a message of holiday cheer on its way to the atoll of Pingelap, Federated States of Micronesia, during Operation Christmas Drop 2018, Dec. 12, 2018. Through training with LCLA bundles, the Air Force and its partners, the JASDF and the Royal Australian Air Force, are able to deliver humanitarian aid to more than 20,000 people throughout the Pacific.
