He then establishedthe law firm of Jennings & Russell, which was sub-sequently merged into that of Stetson, Jennings &Russell, and has acquired an extensive practice andbeen identified with a number of important being counsel for the Erie Railroad Com-pany, the International Paper Company, the Trust. Mr. Jennings has been a Trustee of \M1-liams College and of the New York City PublicSchools ; is the first Vice-President of the WilliamsCollege Alumni Association of New York ; and is amember of the Century, Union League, University,University .Athletic, Metropolitan, New York Ath-letic, Westchester Country, St. .Andrews Golf andthe Racquet and Tennis Clubs; the Down TownAssociation, the Delta Kappa Epsilon and othersocieties. July 27, 1S80, he married Laura HallPark.
