Kalekoy faces the island of Kekova which is located about a kilometer to the south, and can be approached either by sea or by land from Theimussa (modern village of Ucagiz). The Theimussa Harbor gives access to sailing cruises towards the ancient city of Simena and the adjacent Kekova Island.
