Sophia Singer and Alena Singer, children of a 926th Wing reservist, collect candy and resources during Operation HERO April 6, 2019, at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev. Operation HERO allowed nearly 100 children of 926th Wing reservists to participate in a simulated deployment line to learn what it is like for their parents to deploy. The event featured a mission briefing, candy from each station and an obstacle course.
