London, UK. 1st April, 2016. 'Lobbyists' from Act Up London have letters painted on their backs for a naked protest at the offices of American biopharmaceutical company Gilead Sciences. They call for huge cuts in prices of drugs which cost the NHS up to 1000 times the cost of production - around £39,000 per patient for a 12 week course of hepatitis C pill Harvoni. They say prices reflect greed far beyond anything justified by research costs. Credit: Peter Marshall/Alamy Live News
