Flowering Trees. May — Magnolias in variety, Horse-chestnuts, Flowering Cherry. June —Laburnum, SyringEefoha, Lindens in variety. Trees Valued for their Form and Foliage. Cut-leaved Weeping Birch, Kilmar- nock Willow, Weeping Mountain Ash. European Linden, White-leaved Weeping Linden, Norway Maple, Purple-leaved Beech, Teas' Weeping Mulberry. Evergreen Trees. Norway Spruce, Scotch Pine, Chinese Golden Arborvitce, Irish Juniper, American Arborvitas, Silver and Balsam Firs, etc. Upright Flowering Shrubs. April—Japan Quince, Double-fiowering Plum, Dwarf Double-flowering Almonds, Spirea, Lilacs m variety. June—Deuizia gracilis and D. crenata fl. pi., Snowball, Weigela in variety, Syringa, Calycanthus.
