Foliage creamy while and green; growing 6 to 8 feet high. 25 cts. each. — Macropliylla Glauca. A remarkably dense and strong- growing variety, attaining a height of 14 to lo feet, with foliage 3^ to 4 inches wide, and much closer jointed than in the type; the leaves are of a dark glossy green on the upper surface, and of a glaucous color underneath. It forms denser and more majestic looking plants than A. Donax. 50 cts. each. ElymUS GlauCUS {Blue Lyme Grass). A handsome densely branched massive plant, with narrow glaucous silvery foliage ; well adapted for planting in the border or on the edge of beds containing some of the taller grasses; it grows from 2j to 3 feet high. 25 cts. each; § per doz. Ei-iantlius Kavennae. Grows from 9 to 12 feet high, fre. quently throwing up from 30 to 50 flower spikes. It resembles the Pampas Grass, but blooms more abundantly. 25 cts. each; clumps, 50 cts. each. Eiilalia Gracillima Uiiivittata. Of compact habit, with very narrow foliage ; of a bright green color, with a silvery mid-rib. 25 cts. each ; § per doz.; clumps, 50 cts. each. £ulalia Japonica Variegata. A very graceful, tall va- riety from Japan. Its long, narrow leaf-blades are striped green, white and often pink or yellow.
