I have said and supported this: photos black and white creates a strange dreamscape that colors never can. Black and white are the colors of photography. To me, they symbolise the alternatives of hope and despair to which mankind is forever subjected. Perhaps if this photo was a colored one, it did not have the same beauty and uniqueness as this one. It is special, it is profound, it makes you see beyond simple pictures, makes you dream, makes you stand alone with your thoughts.
