Mr. Steve Austin, the Assistant Chief of the Army Reserve, visits the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army (IPPS - A) Reserve component cutover team and gifts a coin to CW3 Amanda Hansen on Dec. 6, 2022 in Arlington, VA. The USAR has approximately 60 in-person participants from every MSC across the Reserve and approximately 300 online assistants with the IPPS - A brownout and cutover tasks. Mr. Austin came to personally recognize their dedicated efforts and how important their roles are as cutover members setting up commands for success.
