The cut here shown represents No. 6 print in its Mould, which holds two lbs., and is divided into eight cakes, % lb. each. The Butter is pressed into the Mould on to the face of the Print with a paddle, which is also used as a stick to strike off surplus butter. In filling, the Mould stands upon the butter-worker or table, and the butter pressed into the Mould with the left hand on top of paddle.
