Saigon Post Office, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City's General Post Office, was built over 5 years to1891 by Gustave Eiffel. The architecture style is strikingly French colonial like much of the area surounding it. It is across the road from Notre Dame Cathedral with pavement cafes close by. The main hall is dominated by a portrait of Ho Chi Minh himself, in line with many of the city's buildings. The city was formally known as Saigon and Prey Nokor before that.
