Former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani, joined by his wife Judy Giuliani, makes his 16th annual visit to Hale House on Wednesday, December 23, 2009 to read Clement Clarke Moore's "A Visit from St. Nicholas" and to distribute gifts to a group of children ranging in age from 9 months to 5 years. Hale House was founded in 1969 and was the first institution to house and care for infants born to drug addicted mothers. Giuliani announced yesterday that he would not run for public office in 2010.
