The contents, including the soft tissues,the tooth shown in the picture and the sac, were removed and the cavitylightly packed with gauze. The patient is making an uneventful further diagnosis of the case will depend on microscopic examinationof the tissue. Fig. 258 was made for a patient of Dr. J. 25$ and 259, Lane, of Philadelphia.
