Railcars loaded with Army vehicles and equipment are lined up to be unloaded Nov. 1, 2018, at the railyard at Fort McCoy, Wis. The rail work, coordinated with the Fort McCoy Logistics Readiness Center Transportation Division, involved redeploying equipment associated with Resolute Castle 2018. The rail offloading was completed over several days.
