SCOTTISH WATER TOP UP TAP HITS GLASGOW’S STYLE MILE Scottish Water will switch on its latest Top up Tap, located on Glasgow’s Buchanan Street, tomorrow (18 December 2018) at 1100hrs. A tap troupe will perform at the switch on, and TV personality Jennifer Reoch will take a break from Christmas shopping to be the first to fill her reusable bottle. The high-tech refill unit, launched to help keep festive shoppers hydrated in the run up to Christmas, is the third to be installed since Scottish Water announced its intention to create a network of 30 across the country. The programme forms part of the utility’s ‘Your Water Your Life’ drive to highlight how topping up from the tap benefits people’s health, their pocket and the planet. Picture by Chris James 18/12/18
