Laos: Prince Souphanouvong (July 13, 1909 - January 9, 1995), also known as the 'Red Prince' because of his political views, was President of Laos from December 1975 to August 1991. Souphanouvong was one of the sons of Prince Bounkhong, the last vice-king of Luang Prabang.
