The results of another calculation of his is that 40 cords of wood at three dollars per cord gives an annual rent of $ per acre, which is not below consideration. It is reported that the extensive lumber 1 firm of C. K. Eddy & Sons, of Saginaw, Mich., are considering the removal of their saw mill to the Georgian Bay district, where Whey own about 200,000,000 feet of timber.
