Hillsboro, Virginia, USA. 1st July, 2018. Hillsboro 4th of July festival was held today July 1, 2018 at the Old Stone School. The events included a ceremonial groundbreaking for the traffic calming project for route 9 and lots of great food trucks and farmers bringing delicious food and desserts and of course fire works after sunset.
