Frank, air traffic control communications technician with Marine Air Control Squadron 2, Marine Air Control Group 28, reprograms an Army, Navy, Portable Radio Communications (AN/PRC-117F) multiband manpack radio using a keypad display unit in support of Weapons and Tactics Instructor Course (WTI) 2-17 at Auxillery Airfield II, Yuma, Ariz., April 19, 2017. Frank was part of a Marine Air Traffic Control Mobile Team (MTT) that guided low altitude approaches of an Air Force C17 Globemaster III during WTI 2-17.
