Thebandage passes from the wrist to the finger and spirallyaround the finger to the tip. No attempt is made with thesefirst turns to cover the entire finger. A circular turn is thenmade about the end of the finger and the bandage continuedto the base either by a figure-of-eight or a spiral the base of the finger the bandage goes back to thewrist and then to a second finger until all the fingers are 100 BANDAGING covered. It will now be found that the entire back of thehand is covered, but the palm is left free. In the demigauntht the bandage is the same, except thatthe fingers are not bandaged. The turn around the wrist ismade a nil brought down to the base of the finger, a singleturn being made, and the bandage then brought back tothe wrist. The bandage is carried to the othe
