StŽphane Jacob, a native of the Loire Valley in France, from the Midhurst Bakery: I like Midhurst because itÕs a very busy town; lots of people driving past to go to Goodwood, and to go to the seaside. WeÕve got Cowdray Park here, with all the polo and that kind of thing. And, as a bakery, we do bread, we do cheese, we do wine, home-made p‰tŽ, quiche, and we have the outside so people can sit. I live here as well. IÕve been living here for four years. ItÕs a lovely town and the people are extremely friendly here in Midhurst. Honestly, itÕs true, itÕs very, very true. I hear that in a few years, they are planning a new swimming pool for the town too.
