Minimum was 19 degrees on the 1st. Warmer than average periods occurred on the 5th, 9-14th, and 26-31st. The only cooler than average day was on the 18th. Precipitation totalled in- ches which is about 1-1/8 inches above normal

Precipitation totalled in- ches which is about 1-1/8 inches above normal and the wettest since 1968. There was measurable preci- pitation on 10 days with inches on the 13th as the largest storm.
