Meteorite NWA 5702. This chondrite meteorite is classified as LL6 (low-iron, low-metal type 6) and is an example of an impact breccia rock-mineral type. It was found in 2008, in Northwest Africa (NWA), near Erfoud, Morocco. It has a mass of 380 grams. Meteorites are the remains of space rocks that have fallen to Earth after passing through the atmosphere as a meteor.
