This is the ad-justment of the wage-scale for bituminous mining in thefour States, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana and Illinois,entering int<7the^interstate joint agreement between min-er$ and operators. The events culminating in this ad-justment^entered in the conference at Indianapolis be-tween the representatives of the operators and the dele-gates of the United Mine Workers of America.
