USA. A remnant of the past, the venerable Santa Fe passenger depot. The Santa Fe was the Atchinon, Topeka & Santa Fe Railway, now part of the Burlington Northern Santa Fe and the railroad station is part of the Atchinson, Topeka & Santa Fe Passenger & Freight Complex Historic District. The facility dating from 1910 is an Iowa Historic Site and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The facility is in use and now serves Amtrak trains that call at Fort Madison.
