It is better in thiscase to find sticks with a little natural crook, but not absolutely mitering, dress up the front sled runner fashion, and then put throughtwo stout pins and v/edge them up firmly. Crotch I>ray for Barrel.—The crotch dray with double saddles wallbe found one of the most convenient implements for hauling barrels, especiallyin the sugar bush, that can be invented. Cheap Hay Rack.—For the bed pieces, take two three by four inchscantling—of white oak, heavier if of softer wood—as long as the wagon re-quires, and frame together by four cross pieces, each an inch below the top sur-face of the bed pieces.
