Folkestone Triennial 2014: artists are invited to use this seaside town as their canvas, utilizing public spaces to create striking new pieces that reflect isues affecting both the town and the wider world. rootoftwo has created Whithervanes, a Neurotic Early Worrying System (NEWS) consisting of a network of sculptures in the form of five headless chickens, positioned on the highest points of five buildings. This one is perched on the Red Cow Pub, the second oldest pub in Folkestone.
