6th Medical Recruiting Battalion Commander, Lt. Col. Matthew Mapes, passes the Los Angeles Medical Recruiting Company guidon to incoming commander, Capt. David O'hea on 11 May. Los Angeles MRC held their ceremony on the USS Iowa at the Port of Los Angeles and welcomed O'hea while saying farewell to outgoing commander, Capt. Shawn Linhares.
