Timothy Kuehhas, center, commanding officer of the aircraft carrier USS George Washington (CVN 73), joins Sailors cutting a cake during the black history month celebration event on the mess decks of the ship's floating accomodation facility (FAF). George Washington is homeported in Norfolk preparing to move to Newport News, Virginia for the ship’s refueling complex overhaul (RCOH) maintenance.
