Scoutrörelse Olave Baden-Powell (1889-1977), widow of Robert Baden-Powell, the founder of the Scout Movement, visited the Swedish Girls' Scout Association's camp at Tromtö in 1954, arrives at Tromtö camp. Tromtöhäger was the symbol of the camp and stood here at the entrance. 3000 scouts from Europe and some scouts came from countries outside Europe.
