Five Air Force Airmen from the 165th Airlift Wing Operations Group attended the 'Accelerating the Legacy' event, which was hosted by Joint Base Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina Feb 18-19, 2022. This event was a showcase to honor the legacy of the heroic Tuskegee Airmen by honoring the past, developing the present and promoting the future. There were 15 different airframes from 12 total force bases across the country that attended this historic event.
