Gangway guard on one of the largest training ships in the world - the Polish Dar Mlodziezy - Copenhagen Opera in the background

Gangway guard during a public visit on one of the largest training ships in the world - the Polish Dar Mlodziezy (The Gift of Youth) - a three mast frigate. The training ship is designed by Zygmunt Choreń and launched in 1982 in the Gdansk shipyard, Poland. Its home port is Gdynia (Poland). It has replaced Dar Pomorza. The Opera House in Copenhagen in the background. The new Copenhagen Opera House (inaugurated January 2005) at the waterfront in the port of Copenhagen is the national opera of Denmark and one of the most modern opera houses in the world - and the most expensive ever built. It is located on the island of Holmen in the centre of Copenhagen just opposite the castle Amalienborg. The Opera House is designed by the Danish architect Henning Larsen.
