(Fig. 36.) ° While in Europe the creameries generally adhere to tne vertical churn with revolving dashers (Fig. 33), the large box churn (Fig. 37), of which some are made to open like a trunk, (easier to clean and aerate, but harder to keep from leaking while churning), have kept the ground until lately, when the combined churns have taken their place in part.
