Senior Master Sgt. Hector R. Rosario, chief senior enlisted leader, 138th Fighter Wing Detachment 1, is promoted to Chief Master Sgt., Aug. 18, 2022, at Lone Star Flight Museum, Houston, Texas. Rosario entered the Air Force in May 1994 and began his career as an Aerospace Ground Equipment specialist with the Puerto Rico Air National Guard. He has deployed to the Persian Gulf, Jordan, Qatar, and Iraq in support of Operations SOUTHERN WATCH, IRAQI FREEDOM and ENDURING FREEDOM.
