Maj. Gen. Darrell K. Williams, CASCOM and Fort Lee commanding general, chats with the ROTC Cadets from Virginia State University who participated in the Sept. 22 Beacon Run here in recognition of Suicide Awareness Month. They were one of nine teams entered, each running a combined distance of 20 miles in a relay race format. Williams thanked the cadets for supporting the event and underscored one of its underlying messages, taking care of the Army Family. "This is a glimpse of your future; what were going to expect from you as Army officers," Williams noted.
