A sympathomimetic amine, Sanorex is similar to an amphetamine and is also know as an anorectic or an anorexigenic drug. Sanorex is used as a short-term supplement to diet and exercise in the treatment of obesity as it increases the heart rate and blood pressure while decreasing the appetite.
