In this 1969 photograph taken in Vietnam, two Marine sentries, Cpl John Hackett and a dog named Sarge, are pictured on top of Monkey Mountain near Da Nang. They are stationed there to guard the perimeter of Marine Aircraft Control Squadron 4 and are attached to the 3rd Military Police Battalion, Force Logistic Command.
