24th Euregio ceramic market in Raeren on September 8th/9th 2018. The local pottery museum Raeren organzies on the 2nd weekend in September a ceramic market. The market is held since 1996. You can see products from about 70 professional ceramists from all over Europe. They offer ceramic utensils for daily use, but also jewelry, garden ceramics and sculptures. All produced in small amounts only. The scope of the design ranges from classic earthy to strictly modern. Only professional artists participate in this market. The market takes place in front of the castle Raeren, where the pottery museum is located. In the best of late summer weather this open-air event takes place mainly on the specially closed Burgstrasse.
