220929-N-GV721-1075 SAN DIEGO (September 29, 2022) Navy Reserve Center North Island Color Guard paraded the colors on the flight deck of USS Midway Museum during the Navy Reserve Region Readiness and Mobilization Command San Diego (REDCOM SD) change of command ceremony. Capt. Domitilo M. Pastorin relieved Capt. Michael P. Joyner as REDCOM SD commander. REDCOM SD provides support to 19 Navy Reserve Centers spread across Calif., Ariz., Colo., , Nev., Utah, Hawaii, and the Territory of Guam.
