Seals at the Ballestas Islands near Pisco, Peru on 3/23/2014


The Ballestas Island is near Pisco, Peru and is called the mini Galapagos Islands due to the varied wildlife that inhabits the region. Wild life includes, Seals, penguins, pelicans, red & blue footed boobies. Pisco is a beautiful picturesque fishing village and is the starting point to the Ballestas Island. Cruise ships dock at the nearby port of General San Martin.
