Fuller, commanding officer, Military Sealift Command Far East, shows off his teal-colored items in support of sexual assault prevention as Navy Region Singapore (NRS) kicked off Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month April 3, 2017, at its Café Lah Community Center as part of a month-long awareness campaign.
