PACIFIC OCEAN (Sept. 19, 2014) – The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Halsey (DDG 97) participates in a replenishment-at-sea with the Military Sealift Command dry cargo ship USNS Cesar Chavez (T-AKE 14).
