Zuccotti Park, created in 1968 and renovated in 2006, after damage during the attacks of September 11, 2001, is a privately owned public park in Lower Manhattan. Used by tourists and financial workers, it is one of the few open spaces, with granite sidewalks, tables and seats, in New York's Financial District. Overlooking the park we see the 52 storeys, 210m (688ft) high office skyscraper at '140 Broadway'.
