Five Select Imported Dahlias These five varieties can be supplied only in green or growing plants. De- livery will be made about May 15th. FIEI<D MARSHAL (Hybrid Cactus) A first-class yellow Cactus Dahlia has long been a desiderata, and we believe we have such a variety in Field Marshal which we are now offering for the first time. In fact we have no hesitancy in pronouncing it the best yellow Dahlia of any type whether considered as a cut flower or for garden decoration. In our trials it has proven itself one of the earliest, freest and most continuous bloomers. The flowers are of good size. Under ordinary cultivation, without disbudding, they will average fully seven inches in diameter, and are held erect on stiff wiry stems with good necks, so that each flower shows its full profile to best advantage. In form it is a hybrid- cactus, with gracefully arranged petals of medium breadth and of great substance, in color a rich primrose-yellow with a slight suffusion of rose on the reverse of the petals, there being just sufficient of this suffusion to intensify the yellow. It is one of the few yellow Dahlias that shows its color under a
